What's the difference between the Pure Light and EnsoGlow lamps?

We designed our two signature lamp collections for distinct use cases, so you can find the perfect fit for your space:

  • Pure Light Floor Lamp: Our smart performance-focused collection, built for task lighting, home offices, studying, and smart home lovers. Core features include a built-in motion & ambient light sensor, ultra-bright 9500LM output, 60,000+ hour LED lifespan, and both touch and remote control.
  • EnsoGlow Floor Lamp: Our premium design-focused eye-care collection, built for ambient lighting, living rooms, bedrooms, and design enthusiasts. Core features include UGR14 ultra-low glare technology, dual-sided 360° illumination, minimalist modern aerospace-grade aluminum design, and intuitive independent touch dimming for upper and lower light sources.

Both collections feature CRI≥98 full-spectrum technology that replicates natural 10AM morning light, certified flicker-free and blue-light-safe performance, and independent dual lighting zone control.

How long is the warranty for PalFish lamps?

All PalFish floor lamps come with a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, plus a 30-day risk-free return policy.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including LED components, electrical systems, and structural parts. Do you offer free shipping to my country?

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required. The only exception is Canada, where a flat shipping fee of USD 100 applies per order.

Is the lamp easy to install?

Yes, all PalFish lamps are designed for simple, tool-free (or included tool) assembly, with no professional skills required.

Every order includes a step-by-step illustrated instruction manual and all necessary hardware for installation. Most customers complete full assembly in 10 minutes or less. If you need additional support, our customer service team is available to guide you through the process.

Full spectrum lighting replicates the full wavelength range of natural sunlight, unlike standard LED lamps that only produce a narrow light spectrum.

Our PalFish full spectrum lamps are engineered to match the soft, clear clarity of 10AM morning sunlight, with a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of ≥98. This delivers true-to-life color accuracy, reduces eye strain and visual fatigue during prolonged use, and creates a natural, comfortable lighting environment for reading, working, and relaxing. All our lamps meet global eye-safety standards for blue light and flicker reduction.

What is the lifespan of the LED beads?

With average daily use of 8 hours, this translates to 12+ years of reliable performance for the Pure Light series, and 10+ years for the EnsoGlow series. Our LED beads maintain stable brightness and color accuracy throughout their lifespan, with no need for bulb replacements.

What are the functions of different buttons on the touch control panel?

Both our lamp collections feature intuitive touch-sensitive controls, with functions tailored to each series:

EnsoGlow Floor Lamp

  • Upper Light Button: Short press to turn the upper light on/off; long press to smoothly adjust the brightness of the upper light source.
  • Center Master Button: Short press to turn the entire lamp on/off; long press to adjust the brightness of both upper and lower light sources simultaneously.
  • Lower Light Button: Short press to turn the lower light on/off; long press to smoothly adjust the brightness of the lower light source.

Pure Light Floor Lamp

  • Power Button: Master on/off control for the lamp; long press to adjust overall brightness.
  • Upper Light Button: Independent on/off and brightness control for the upper light source (long press to dim).
  • Lower Light Button: Independent on/off and brightness control for the lower light source (long press to dim).
  • Sensor Button: Toggles the motion and ambient light sensor function on/off.

How do I control the Pure Light Floor Lamp?

The Pure Light Floor Lamp offers 3 flexible control methods:

  1. Touch Control: Use the on-body touch panel to turn the lamp on/off, independently adjust upper and lower light brightness, and toggle the smart sensor function.
  2. Remote Control: Use the included remote to adjust all lamp functions from anywhere in the room.
  3. Smart Sensor Control: With the sensor function enabled, the lamp will automatically turn on when it detects human presence, and turn off after 8 minutes of no movement. It also automatically adjusts brightness based on ambient room light for optimal comfort.

How do I control the EnsoGlow Floor Lamp?

The EnsoGlow Floor Lamp uses an intuitive touch-sensitive control panel on the lamp body. Short press any button to turn the corresponding light source on/off, and long press to smoothly dim the brightness from 10% to 100%. You can control the upper and lower light sources independently, to create the perfect mix of ambient and task lighting for any activity.

What does it mean when the indicator light flashes while long-pressing to adjust brightness on Pure Light Floor Lamp?

The indicator light flashing is a normal prompt, meaning you have reached the maximum or minimum brightness level for the selected light source. Simply release the button, then long press in the opposite adjustment direction to change the brightness.

Does the lamp support smart control?

The Pure Light Floor Lamp includes smart motion and ambient light sensing, for automatic on/off and brightness adjustment without manual input. Both the Pure Light and EnsoGlow collections feature precise touch control, with remote control included for the Pure Light series.

Currently, our lamps do not support WiFi or app-based smart home integration. We are continuously developing new features, and will announce updates for future product releases.
