Step-by-step instructions to set up your PalFish floor lamp quickly and easily
Before You Start
Common Tools Required
- Allen wrench (included in package)
- Clear, level work space
- Soft cloth for cleaning
- Screwdriver (if needed)
Safety Precautions
- Ensure power supply has ground protection
- Use original power cord only
- Disconnect power during installation
- Do not use in flammable environments
General Installation Steps
1. Assemble the Base
Place the lamp base on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the surface is clean and free of debris. The weighted base provides stability for your lamp.
Tip: For EnsoGlow, the base includes the decorative ring. For Pure Light, the base includes the motion sensor module.
2. Attach the Lamp Posts
Insert the lamp pole(s) into the base and secure them using the provided screws. Use the included Allen wrench to tighten firmly, but avoid over-tightening.
Note: EnsoGlow uses 2 lamp posts (upper and lower). Pure Light uses 2 lamp posts with connecting components.
3. Install the Lamp Head
Carefully attach the lamp head to the top of the pole. Ensure all connectors are properly aligned and secure. The LED panel should face the desired lighting direction.
EnsoGlow: Install both upper and lower LED panels.
Pure Light: Install the single LED panel with motion sensor.
4. Connect the Power
Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the cord is not stretched tightly and is arranged to prevent tripping hazards. Test the lamp by pressing the power button.

- EnsoGlow: Standard power adapter
- Pure Light: 100W power adapter (220-240V), compatible with Australian, Singaporean and UK standards, and also supports 110-240V for use in the US.
- Both models: Ensure ground protection

Function: Auto-adjust brightness to maintain set illuminance
Usage Tips
Optimal Positioning
Position the lamp 20-30 inches away from your work surface for optimal illumination. The light should not create glare on screens or reflective surfaces.
Brightness Settings
Use lower brightness (30-40%) for ambient lighting and evening use. Increase to 70-100% for detailed work or reading tasks.
Color Temperature
Both models provide natural daylight (4000K). Use for all-day comfort and reduce eye strain during extended use.
Sensor Features
Pure Light's motion sensor automatically activates when movement is detected. Constant illuminance mode maintains optimal brightness levels.
Important Safety Information
- Do not disassemble the lamp head or attempt to repair the LED panel yourself
- Keep away from water and liquids to prevent electric shock
- Do not cover the LED panel while in use, as it may cause overheating
- Use only the provided power adapter to avoid damage to the lamp
- Disconnect power when not in use or when no one is at home
- Do not use in high-temperature or humid environments

3-Year Warranty: Our products come with a comprehensive 3-year warranty on the light source from the date of purchase.

Maintenance & Care
Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the lamp. For stubborn stains, use a slightly damp cloth. Do not use corrosive substances or abrasive cleaners.
LED Panel: The LED panel should last 36,000+ or 60,000+ hours. If you notice any flickering or color issues, contact our support team.
Storage: If storing the lamp for extended periods, wrap it in protective material and keep in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
Sensor Maintenance: For Pure Light model, ensure the motion sensor area remains clean and unobstructed for optimal performance.
