3-Year Warranty Coverage

All PalFish floor lamps are covered under our 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Covered Items

  • LED Components: Full coverage for LED chips, drivers, and all integrated lighting components for the full 3-year warranty term.
  • Electrical System: Complete protection for power cords, switches, touch controls, and internal wiring throughout the warranty period.
  • Structural Parts: Coverage for lamp bases, support poles, and assembly hardware for material and workmanship defects under normal household use.

Not Covered

  • Physical Damage: Drops, impacts, damage from improper handling, or shipping damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any alterations, disassembly, or repairs performed by non-authorized technicians.
  • Misuse: Damage from use in damp/wet environments, unprotected outdoor exposure, excessive bending, or operation outside of product guidelines.
  • Normal Wear: Minor surface scratches, gradual color fading from regular use, and standard cosmetic wear over time.

How to File a Warranty Claim
