  • A shipping confirmation email with a real-time tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order dispatches.
  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout; delivery details cannot be modified once the order enters fulfillment.

Shipping Type Definitions

  • Local Shipping: Dispatched from our regional warehouse, with expedited door-to-door delivery, no extra domestic customs processing.
  • Non-Local Shipping: Dispatched from our international fulfillment center, with estimated timelines including standard customs processing.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide, with no minimum purchase required — only a flat USD 100 shipping fee applies per order for Canada.

Power Plug & Adapter Policy

Voltage Compatibility 
220-240V, compatible with Australia, Singapore and UK standards, also supports 110-270V for the US.
  • Local Warehouse (US, Australia): Products come with the region’s native plug – no adapter needed.
  • Cross-border (China Warehouse): Applies to UK, Singapore, Canada, Europe, etc. A complimentary universal plug adapter is included; no extra purchase required.
  • Plug Stock Note: UK/Singapore plug units are only stored in our China warehouse (no local warehouse dispatch).

Estimated delivery times are subject to delays from uncontrollable factors, including customs holdups, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect shipping information. PalFish is not liable for delays caused by these events.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

Shipping Issues

  • For orders marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to our support team for further assistance.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the packaging and product, for prompt resolution.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer; any reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

30-Day Return Period:

  • You can return your product within 30 days of receipt without any reason.

Quality Issues:

  • If the product has any quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs, ensuring you enjoy free returns.

  • If the product does not have any quality issues, you will need to pay for the return shipping costs.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
